We’re seeking Technology Asset Management (TAM) Evergreen Leader to join our Technology Asset Management team in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways

Enterprise Evergreen Strategy & Operational Leadership

  • Lead the Enterprise Evergreen function and manage a team of technology asset management specialists.
  • Define and execute the enterprise Evergreen strategy and roadmap.
  • Coordinate enterprise-wide End-of-Life (EoL) remediation across technology platforms.
  • Chair monthly Platform Resiliency Lead governance meetings to coordinate remediation priorities and resolve cross-platform dependencies.
  • Monitor Evergreen Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and proactively engage technology teams on emerging risks.
  • Drive continuous improvements that enhance operational efficiency, governance effectiveness, and technology resilience.

Software Product Lifecycle & Asset Governance

  • Own the enterprise software product catalogue and continuously improve software asset data quality.
  • Partner with IDIP Discovery and Normalization teams to resolve discovery, normalization, and data quality issues.
  • Oversee remediation of software discovery exceptions and toxic discovery rules.
  • Drive automation to improve issue triage, workflow efficiency, and operational scalability.
  • Lead the Product Owner Forum and establish governance practices that improve Product Owner accountability.
  • Manage the software product lifecycle

Technology Risk Governance, Controls & Metrics

  • Own the Technology Asset Management control framework supporting Evergreen compliance.
  • Lead implementation and adoption of enterprise technology lifecycle risk indicators.
  • Drive the consolidation of multiple Evergreen KRIs into a simplified enterprise reporting framework.
  • Integrate technology lifecycle metrics into executive reporting and risk dashboards.
  • Lead monthly Technology Asset Management governance reviews.
  • Produce and maintain executive reporting for senior leadership, including engineering scorecards, risk dashboards, Board-level reporting, and operational metrics.

Strategic Transformation & Automation

  • Lead strategic initiatives that expand the Evergreen program beyond traditional End-of-Life management.
  • Drive convergence of End-of-Life remediation and vulnerability management activities.
  • Develop automated notification and workflow capabilities that improve remediation outcomes.
  • Expand Evergreen governance to additional technology domains including containers, mainframe platforms, and core infrastructure software.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve scalability, and reduce manual operational effort.
  • Lead long-term capability development supporting enterprise technology lifecycle management.

Enterprise Governance & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Own the Technology Asset Management Policy, Standard, and supporting Procedures.
  • Chair the End User Governance Forum and coordinate enterprise end-user software governance activities.
  • Partner with Workplace Technology Services (WTS) to prioritize and execute remediation initiatives.
  • Maintain governance documentation aligned with regulatory expectations and evolving business requirements.
  • Build strong partnerships across Engineering, Technology Risk, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Software Asset Management, and senior technology leadership.
  • Influence enterprise decision-making through effective governance, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in Technology Asset Management, Infrastructure Engineering, Technology Risk, Software Asset Management, or a related technology discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise technology governance or technology lifecycle management programs.
  • Strong understanding of software lifecycle management, End-of-Life (EoL) governance, technology risk, and operational resilience.
  • Experience developing executive reporting, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), metrics, and governance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving multiple engineering organizations.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
  • Experience partnering with Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, and regulatory stakeholders, including supporting regulatory examinations, audit engagements, remediation activities, and the implementation of sustainable control improvements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications: (Most important to least) *These skills are nice to have; Willing to train.

  • Experience within the financial services industry or another highly regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM), CMDB, ServiceNow, Flexera, BigFix, Tanium, or similar enterprise asset management platforms.
  • Experience implementing workflow automation and technology governance tooling.
  • Familiarity with software discovery, software normalization, software packaging, and software deployment processes.
  • Knowledge of technology risk frameworks, operational resilience practices, and regulatory expectations affecting global financial institutions.
  • Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives and organizational change.
  • ITIL, CISSP, CRISC, CGEIT, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant professional certifications.
