• SERVICE ADVISER – AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR
• Emory Transmissions and total car care is looking for a friendly, dependable Service Adviser to join our team in the Camp Hill/Carlisle area.
• This position is ideal for someone who understands automotive repair, communicates well with customers, and can keep a busy shop organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and discuss their vehicle concerns
• Prepare estimates and explain recommended repairs
• Communicate with technicians and monitor repair progress
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Schedule appointments and manage repair orders
• Follow up with customers and help ensure their satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records

Qualifications

• Automotive service-adviser or repair-shop experience preferred
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of automotive repairs
• Comfortable using computers and shop-management software
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage several jobs at once
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Valid driver’s license
