About The Role

Manage the delivery of company products to business partners, including product specifications, quantities, and delivery methods.
Develop new customers and new projects to expand business opportunities.
Collect payments from trade receivables and follow up on outstanding accounts.
Negotiate with customers on pricing, sales terms, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
Drive sales of based concrete admixtures to Thailand’s leading Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) producers, covering approximately 60% of the market.
Lead new client acquisition and product replacement initiatives, converting competitor products.
Navigate complex and lengthy vendor approval processes with major Thai customers.
Minimum 5-15+ years of sales experience in construction chemicals, with a strong focus on concrete admixtures
Background with, or strong industry connections to, leading global construction chemical companies
Solid understanding of both the technical and commercial advantages of based admixtures compared to traditional naphthalene-based products
Fluent in both Thai and English

Competitive salary package with bonus Base salary about 80,000-200,000THB /M (Can be 20% increased base salary)
