About The Role

The Real Estate and Supply Chain Specialist provides administrative, operational, and analytical support across the Company's real estate portfolio and supply chain programs. This role is responsible for managing compliance documentation, maintaining critical business records, supporting vendor and stakeholder relationships, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems and processes. This role offers broad exposure to cross-functional business operations and provides opportunities to take on increasing responsibility, contribute to strategic initiatives, and develop expertise in multiple areas of the organization while building strong relationships across field and corporate teams.

The compensation for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintains Certificates of Insurance, Certificates of Occupancy, business licenses, and other compliance-related documentation across the real estate portfolio.
  • Maintains accurate real estate portfolio data, including lease records, property information, critical dates, and lease identifiers.
  • Coordinates and communicates branch lease obligations and compliance requirements with field operations.
  • Supports the preparation of real estate approvals, presentations, and reporting for leadership review and decision-making.
  • Maintains and distributes master location information to vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepares and distributes fuel and program performance reporting across the organization.
  • Analyzes spend data to identify trends and support sourcing and program management decisions.

What You'll Need for Success

  • Associate's degree in business, supply chain, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills and comfort managing a high volume of recurring, deadline-driven tasks across two functional areas
  • Experience in lease administration, property management or contract management.
  • Ability to work with multiple systems, databases, and vendor platforms while maintaining data accuracy.
  • Experience preparing reports, presentations, and executive-level communications.
  • The role requires mobility within work environments, use of office equipment, lifting up to 20 pounds, clear vision and hearing, effective communication skills, and occasional travel for meetings and training sessions.
