Project Engineer/C&S Engineer/Architectural Coordinator

• **Job Responsibilities:**

• Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements, and tender specifications.
• Inspect site installations to ensure compliance with design and standards.
• Identify and prepare discrepancies in drawings to be highlighted to consultants.
• Oversee projects and ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, and regulatory specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors, and suppliers.

**Job Requirements:**

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Possess a Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, or equivalent.
• Proficient in basic Autocad software.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to handle construction projects with commitment and dedication.
• Good communication and written skills.
• Required skill: Proficient in using Microsoft Project to present schedules to clients.
