Pay & Benefits
- Starting at $20.00/hour , with higher starting pay based on manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or equipment operation experience
- $1.50/hour shift differential

Schedule
- Paid first-shift training (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) for approximately 90 days
- Transition to one of the following shifts:
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- 8-hour shifts with a paid lunch
What You'll Do
- As a Production Associate, you'll help produce high-quality steel products used by leading automotive manufacturers across North America.
- Every day, you'll work with your team to safely operate equipment, move materials throughout the facility, inspect finished products, and keep production running efficiently.
Responsibilities include
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes
- Move, stage, and handle steel safely
- Package, band, weigh, and inspect finished products
- Load and unload production equipment
- Perform quality checks to ensure product excellence
- Work safely while meeting production goals
You'll receive hands-on training from experienced team members who are committed to helping you succeed.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical work
- Reliable transportation is required, as this facility is not accessible by public transportation, walking, or biking
- Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Preferred Experience
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, construction, farming, military, or other industrial environments is a plus
- Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, or other industrial equipment is preferred, but we'll provide training for motivated candidates
