Scrum Master

Professional responsible for leading and facilitating the execution of technology and regulatory projects using Agile methodologies. Responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing work plans, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and communication with business and technology stakeholders.

Responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, tracking project milestones, managing issues, controlling scope, and preparing executive reports to ensure project objectives are successfully achieved.

Required Knowledge and Tools

Mandatory

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, PMO, or Project Coordinator.
• Experience managing IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.

Desirable

• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Knowledge of regulatory projects (AML, KYC, PLD).
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Required Experience

• 3 years of experience in the banking sector (preferred).
• Experience coordinating technology projects and cross-functional teams.

• ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
• If you are a foreingner residing in Mexico, you must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC.

• Salary : $53,000 - 58,000 gross based on experience.
