Sr. Logistics Analyst

About The Role
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- Monitor daily outbound transportation activity to ensure accurate execution across all shipments, including -
- o Tracking shipments from pickup through final delivery
- o Identifying and resolving delivery exceptions and service issues
- o Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to maintain service levels
- Analyze operational performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, including -
- o Reviewing shipment, routing, and delivery data to support decision-making
- o Providing regular updates and insights to leadership
- o Supporting forecasting and planning efforts based on volume and operational trends
- Support resolution of logistics issues and inquiries, including -
- o Assisting with troubleshooting transportation and delivery issues
- o Providing timely updates and communication to stakeholders
- o Partnering with internal teams to support issue resolution and follow-up
- Provide first-level support for logistics systems, including -
- o Assisting with basic troubleshooting and issue identification within warehouse systems
- o Supporting users with system questions and navigation
- o Escalating system issues to appropriate teams when needed
- Support system and data integrity across logistics platforms, including -
- o Maintaining and validating operational data
- o Assisting with reporting development and enhancements
- o Ensuring consistency and accuracy of key data elements
- o Supporting implementation of system and process changes
- Provide support for specialized delivery programs and projects as needed, including coordination, tracking, and communication of key milestones
- Manage a high volume of work and competing priorities to ensure service level expectations are consistently met
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Experience working with logistics, transportation, or warehouse management systems preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with experience working in large data sets preferred
- Preference given to candidates with experience in reporting and data analysis
- Excellent organizational, time-management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
- Able to translate business needs into actionable solutions
