Job description

As a Finance & Administration intern, you will have the opportunity to work with our regional and international F&A teams to support finance operations, data management, process automation, and customer service in our Hong Kong hub.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to acquire valuable practical experience in the finance department of a multi-national company, modern know-how for data analysis, interesting insights in business operations, along with on-hand skills in automation and customer service organisation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine financial transactions and documentation
• Perform data entry and verification tasks
• Support month-end closing and reconciliation processes
• Maintain and organize financial and business data in internal systems
• Assist in automating financial reports using spreadsheets, scripting, or BI tools
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports
• Learn and work on basic programming tasks to optimize data workflows
• Job requirements

Candidate Profile

• Study major or experience in Data Management, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of programming (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python, SQL) is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with a desire to develop these skills
• Responsible and able to handle confidential financial data
• Proficiency in using MS Office, experience in BI tools is a plus

You are analytical and enjoy solving problems, especially related to process improvement and automation

You are proactive, eager to learn, and take initiative in supporting the team’s objectives
