CATERING OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a proactive and organized Catering Operations Supervisor to oversee daily catering operations, ensure excellent service delivery, and lead on-site teams during events and functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily catering operations and event setup
• Coordinate with kitchen, logistics, and service staff
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are maintained
• Monitor staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
• Handle client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory, supplies, and operational reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage
• With 2–3 years experience in catering, food service, or hospitality operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Can work under pressure and during weekends/events
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
