  • You must be graduating after November 1st, 2026 OR you must have a student status as of February 1st, 2027
  • You must hold EU or EEA (European Economic Area) citizenship

Are you ready to be part of the driving force that connects day-to-day operations with the business’s future growth? We’re looking for someone willing to join a dynamic team, serving as the central point of coordination between Partnership Stores, Distributors, and Subsidiaries all around Europe, Middle East and Africa, ensuring the smooth execution of business priorities and driving long-term expansion and growth.

You will support the coordination and execution of key initiatives across Partnership Stores, Distributors, and Subsidiaries within EMEA. This role combines business analytics, operational follow-up, and strategic project management to ensure alignment between commercial objectives and daily business activities.

The intern will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners, providing insights, tracking performance, and supporting expansion opportunities across the region.

How you'll make a difference

  1. Business Performance Monitoring
  • Track sales, KPIs, and business performance across Partnership Stores, Distributors, and Subsidiaries.
  • Consolidate reporting and support monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  1. Cross-Channel Coordination
  • Act as a central point of coordination across the three business pillars.
  • Ensure alignment of priorities, deliverables, timelines, and follow-up actions.
  1. Strategic Project Support
  • Support the execution of business development initiatives, expansion projects, and commercial programs.
  • Monitor project milestones and identify risks or opportunities.
  1. Market & Business Analysis
  • Analyze market trends, customer performance, and channel opportunities.
  • Prepare recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  1. Communication & Stakeholder Management
  • Prepare presentations, business updates, and executive summaries.
  • Coordinate information flow between regional teams, distributors, subsidiaries, and leadership.
  1. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, reporting tools, and ways of working.
  • Support the implementation of more efficient and scalable operating practices.

Skills that will make you succeed

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, International Business will be considered.
  • Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a relevant university program.

Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Professional Skills

  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple countries, cultures, and functions.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Fluent English (mandatory).
