  • We are looking for Global Workforce Management Program Manager to support our US team.

Location: Remote/Philippine Candidates

  • Employment Type: Full-time/Independent contractor
  • Duration: Long term
  • Shift: US Day shift

Responsibilities

  • Program & Strategic Oversight
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of ADP WorkForce Software (WFS) across business units or global regions.
  • Define and manage the program roadmap for workforce management initiatives, aligning with HR, Finance, and operational workforce planning goals.
  • Oversee initiatives related to timekeeping, time & attendance, scheduling, shift coverage, and workforce capacity planning.

Workforce Management Operations

  • Ensure workforce systems support accurate time capture, shift scheduling, and staffing coverage across global operations.
  • Translate operational workforce requirements, labor policies, and scheduling models into effective WFS configurations and workflows.
  • Support workforce planning initiatives by mapping staffing needs and operational coverage across regions and time zones.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts, testers, and Technical Consultants responsible for WFS implementation and enhancements.
  • Oversee testing and validation activities to ensure system accuracy prior to deployment.
  • Coordinate with HR, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with ADP payroll, HCM systems, and ERP platforms.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and client stakeholders, providing regular program updates and risk mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Program or Senior Project Management roles within Workforce Management (WFM), Human Capital Management (HCM), or related enterprise environments.
  • 3–5 years of experience working with WorkForce Software (WFS / WorkForce Suite) including modules such as Time, Scheduling, and Absence.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region workforce environments operating across multiple time zones.
  • Strong understanding of workforce management processes, including timekeeping, scheduling, shift planning, and staffing coverage.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale workforce system implementations or transformations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams including project managers, business analysts, and testing teams.
  • Ability to manage complex operational environments such as manufacturing, healthcare, retail, or large service organizations with intricate scheduling and labor rules.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
