Store Encoder / Cashier

Location: Matina, Davao City

Trust Hardware Phils., Inc., a trusted name in wholesale and retail of construction and industrial supplies, is looking for a Store Encoder / Cashier to support daily store operations. This role is responsible for accurate sales encoding, billing, and handling of customer transactions while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Encode sales transactions accurately in the system
• Prepare and process invoices, official receipts, and other billing documents
• Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions properly
• Ensure accuracy in pricing, quantities, and product details
• Balance cash register and prepare daily sales reports
• Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse teams for order verification
• Address customer inquiries related to billing and transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier/encoding area

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate
• With or without experience; experience in cashiering or encoding is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or POS systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Honest, trustworthy, and responsible
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
