About The Role
FP&A Process Transformation
- Lead automation and optimization initiatives across budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, management reporting, and performance analytics.
- Find opportunities to eliminate manual activities and improve process efficiency.
- Standardize FP&A processes and reporting frameworks across business units.
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and best-practice methodologies.
Automation & Digital Solutions
- Design and implement automation solutions using tools such as Power Platform, Power BI, VBA, Alteryx, Python, SQL, and RPA technologies.
- Partner with IT and data engineering teams to develop scalable finance automation solutions.
- Build automated dashboards, reporting solutions, and self-service analytics capabilities.
- Implement workflow automation and controls to improve data quality and governance.
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end finance transformation projects from business case development through implementation and stabilization.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and success metrics.
- Manage stakeholder communications and executive reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Analytics & Reporting
- Create KPIs and performance metrics to measure process effectiveness and automation benefits.
- Support executive and business leadership with actionable insights.
Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a change champion for finance transformation initiatives.
- Conduct training and enablement sessions for FP&A users.
- Develop process documentation, user guides, and governance frameworks.
- Develop adoption of automation solutions across finance teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- 15+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Transformation, Business Intelligence, or Process Automation.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and management accounting processes.
- Knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI applications in finance.
