About The Role

The Third-Party Audit team plays a critical role in supporting LSEG's relationships with third-party vendors, including Exchanges and Specialist Data Providers. The team helps ensure that third-party data is maintained accurately and in accordance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.

As a Third Party Audit Analyst, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to review, reconcile, and improve data management processes across multiple platforms and systems. Your work will contribute to reducing financial risk, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular reconciliations related to third-party data, identifying discrepancies and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Partner with different interested parties across teams to investigate and resolve reconciliation issues.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving the quality and consistency of customer communications related to third-party commercial changes.
  • Facilitate discussions with Commercial Managers and Product Lifecycle Management teams to identify challenges and drive improvements in third-party data management.
  • Maintain and enhance reference data related to contractual terms, usage rights, and commercial rules associated with third-party content.
  • Develop an understanding of third-party data policies, procedures, and relevant product information.
  • Collaborate with Customer Administration and Operations teams to resolve data and process-related issues.
  • Assist in identifying process gaps and implementing controls that help mitigate operational and financial risks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance data quality, efficiency, and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 2 years of proven experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis formulas.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to produce meaningful reports and insights.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • CRM and operational platforms such as Salesforce and Siebel.
  • Product Studio 2, Global Product Notifications (GPN), or similar product management tools.
  • Entitlement, subscription, or customer administration systems.
  • Financial market data products and services.
  • Third-party content management, including Exchanges, Specialist Data Providers, and related commercial models.
