In this role you will serve as the strategic marketing leader and trusted advisor to the EEMEA Senior Sales Director, shaping growth strategy through market insights, competitive intelligence, portfolio optimization, and commercial recommendations. Lead regional market development and adoption initiatives to accelerate market share expansion and deliver sustainable business growth across EEMEA.
How you’ll make an impact
- Develop and execute regional growth, market development, and portfolio strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to commercial leadership, providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and recommendations to accelerate growth.
- Lead the planning and execution of major product launches and commercialization initiatives across EEMEA.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders to inform strategy, support adoption, and shape market development efforts.
- Develop evidence-based marketing strategies, value propositions, and customer engagement programs.
- Partner with Sales leadership to drive market adoption, market share expansion, and commercial excellence.
- Lead customer engagement activities, regional congress strategies, and educational initiatives.
- Analyze market, competitive, and clinical data to identify opportunities, risks, and strategic actions.
- Drive salesforce readiness and launch excellence through effective training, messaging, and competitive positioning.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness and business performance.
- Manage product line, program, and campaign budgets to maximize return on investment.

What you’ll need (Required)
Bachelor's Degree in in related field related experience in marketing with 12 years of experience or Master's Degree in in related field related experience in marketing with 10 years of experience.
Demonstrated track record in people management Required
Experience working in a regulated industry Required

- Proven successful project management skills
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
- Recognized as an expert in one or more areas with broad-based advanced knowledge within the organization
- Expert understanding of related aspects of marketing concepts and principles
- Extensive understanding of broad market research designs, develops market research programs coordinating with the global VOC manager and demonstrates an in-depth understanding of commercial goals behind research.
- Expert knowledge of financial mechanism that relates to marketing including forecasting, expense budgeting and management, purchase order compliance and processing, and 3rd party vendor compliance management.
- Ability to assess and understand market share, pricing, ASPs, competitive dynamics
- Possess strong clinical knowledge, experience and knowledge of the clinical areas where Edwards' products are used or intended to be used, understand the purchasing process and challenges for product adoption in complex healthcare networks
- Strict attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage one or more teams and provide coaching and feedback, including responsibility for all employee actions including attracting, developing, and retaining talent and partnering with HR on all aspects of talent development
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Represents leadership on projects within multiple areas, working closely with cross-functional team, marketing peers and leaders and managing needs and messaging to upper management
- Consult in project setting within multiple marketing areas, interfacing with low to middle management
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
