As a Full Stack - .NET Director, you will lead the charge in developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions while overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive-level client relations. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success.

Responsibilities

Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
Overseeing multiple projects, confirming alignment with strategic objectives and client needs
Utilizing technical skills in .NET, C#, and JavaScript to design, code, and test cutting-edge applications
Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful outcomes
Mentoring and guiding teams in software engineering best practices and methodologies
Promoting technological advances and fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and meet evolving client requirements
Managing client relationships and engagements to maintain satisfaction and uphold the firm's reputation
Developing and implementing scalable software architectures and solutions to meet complex business challenges

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 16 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
