As an Azure AI Engineer - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver software products that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will use your knowledge to design, code, and test applications that meet the evolving needs of clients. You will respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences
Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript to build scalable applications
Implementing software development methodologies like Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
Conducting code reviews and maintaining coding standards to improve software quality
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
Managing application lifecycle and software project planning to meet client needs
Integrating enterprise applications and architecture to streamline business processes
Troubleshooting and debugging software issues to optimize system performance
Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex software challenges

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
Demonstrating proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and CI/CD
Utilizing programming languages such as Python, Java, and JavaScript
Excelling in client management and building meaningful client connections
Navigating complex software engineering challenges with analytical thinking
Developing innovative solutions using microservices and enterprise application architecture

Must have expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Python, AKS, Copilot Studio, AI Search, Azure App Service, Azure Function
