As an Associate in IT Infrastructure Managed Services, you will engage in cloud operations within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on delivering client support and enhancing infrastructure solutions. You will contribute to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity, adapting to fast-paced environments, and taking ownership of your tasks. You will build your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge and understanding your strengths, while supporting senior staff and participating in project tasks.

Responsibilities

Supporting cloud operations and infrastructure management to enhance service delivery
Assisting in cloud migration and optimization efforts using platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
Troubleshooting cloud computing issues to maintain system performance and reliability
Participating in cloud infrastructure architecture design and strategy development
Collaborating with teams to implement cloud-based service management solutions
Utilizing tools such as Dynatrace APM and Splunk for performance monitoring and data analysis
Engaging in technical consultation to address client support needs and improve cloud service delivery
Contributing to cloud compliance and security measures to safeguard data integrity
Developing skills in cloud engineering and administration to support managed services initiatives
Applying intellectual curiosity to explore innovative solutions in cloud infrastructure optimization
