Associate Sales Process Specialist

We are looking for an Associate Sales Process Specialist to support our sales team through key administrative and operational activities, including quote generation, order processing and booking, and pre- and post-sales support. • Support pre- and post-sales activities to ensure customers meet Test, Inspection and Certification (TIC) requirements and product or service adoption timelines.
• Work within established procedures and under supervision to prepare and share quotes using standardized pricing tools.
• Ensure customer follow-up activities are scheduled and support the conversion of quotes into orders.
• Support sales teams by performing administrative tasks, including but not limited to data management, documentation, and customer support activities.
• Connect customers with the appropriate UL personnel, including Account Managers, SEs/ISEs, delivery teams, and engineers, as needed.
• Track account history and gather data from internal systems, as requested by account owners and representatives, to support account planning and opportunity identification.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and ensure customers receive accurate and timely information.
• Meet established timelines for pre- and post-sales activities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and CRM systems.
• Up to 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of business and sales processes.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of UL Solutions' products and services to support quote generation and customer requests.
• Experience working with internal systems and managing data accurately.
• Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in English.

What we offer

Total Rewards: We understand that rewards are an important consideration as you plan the next step in your career. The salary range for this position in Italy is €26,000 to €28,000 per year and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and other factors. This position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 20% of base salary (Sales Incentive Plan).
