Your Role
As Site HR Head Wilmington & HR Country Lead USA, you will serve as the senior HR leader for our Wilmington site while coordinating selected HR activities across our U.S. organization. You will play a critical role in translating business strategy into people solutions that drive performance, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and sustainable growth.
Working closely with site leadership, employees, and global HR colleagues, you will act as a trusted advisor, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies. As the HR Country Lead, you will also coordinate key people initiatives across U.S. locations, promoting consistency, efficiency, and excellence in HR practices.
Your Profile
In that role, you will...
- Partner with the Site Leadership Team to develop and execute a people strategy aligned with business and operational objectives.
- Lead the site HR function, ensuring effective workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Drive change management, transformation initiatives, and culture-building efforts that support business growth and operational excellence.
- Provide strategic guidance on leadership effectiveness, performance management, and organizational health.
- Lead employee relations activities, including investigations, workplace concerns, grievance resolution, and compliance matters.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with Legal, Communications, and business leaders on sensitive workforce matters.
- Support talent acquisition activities for critical roles and strengthen employer branding initiatives.
- Oversee onboarding, learning and development, leadership development, and employee growth programs.
- Ensure effective governance of payroll, benefits administration, HR operations, time and attendance processes, and HR data quality.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, mitigate workforce risks, and support business decision-making.
- Manage the site HR budget and continuously improve HR processes and service delivery.
- Coordinate selected country-level HR initiatives across U.S. sites, ensuring alignment with global HR policies and standards.
- Facilitate collaboration among HR leaders across locations and act as the HR point of contact for national employment and compliance topics.
- Support implementation of global HR programs and contribute to international HR projects.
What you bring...
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business, Law, or a related field.
- Master's degree or advanced HR qualification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience within a multinational organization.
- Proven experience leading HR in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or similarly regulated environment.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior business leaders and leadership teams.
- Strong expertise in U.S. labor and employment law, employee relations, and organizational change.
- Experience working in matrix and multi-site organizations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with business priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead through change and build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
- High degree of integrity, professionalism, and cultural awareness.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience leveraging HR data and insights to drive decisions.

Compensation & Incentives
- The salary for this role is anticipated to be between $172,000 and $230,000
- Short-term incentive programs recognizing both performance and contribution
- Long-term incentive plan focused on sustained value creation
