The Traveling RN Clinical Manager is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact across Erickson Senior Living communities enterprise wide. This highly visible leadership role provides experienced clinical leaders with the opportunity to step into key leadership positions, support teams during critical transitions, and bring their expertise to communities across our organization.
This full-time traveling position will provide clinical leadership support across Erickson Senior Living’s 11 states , offering the opportunity to experience different communities, work alongside diverse clinical teams, and play a vital role in maintaining exceptional standards of care and operations.
Within Continuing Care (CC) , the Traveling RN Clinical Manager will provide interim leadership in critical roles, including:
- Clinical Manager (Long-term Care & Rehab)
- Wellness Manager (Assisted Living & Memory Care)
- Staff Development Coordinator (also known as Nurse Educator)
- Home Care Clinical Manager
- ADON ( if needed)

How you will make an impact
- Oversee clinical outcomes of the neighborhood assigned and coordinates, implements and oversee clinical care of guests/residents in skilled nursing/long term/Assisted Living care neighborhood
- Supports and implements the comprehensive delivery of nursing services to all Continuing Care residents or home health patients, according to professionally recognized nursing
- Works cooperatively and collaboratively with other department directors to ensure residents’ care needs are met
- Provides ongoing leadership, guidance and mentorship to Charge Nurses, Licensed Nurses and Care Associates on the neighborhoods and all clinical leaders within Continuing Care and/or Home Care agency
- Facilitates, discusses and analyzes quality of care indicators up to and not limited to: wound care, infection control, falls risk reduction, pain management, weight loss and dehydration
- Facilitates/participates in clinical Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement activities to monitor and improve resident/patient outcomes in campuses assigned
- Partner with assigned Clinical Leaders and interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement and provide in-service and continuing education programs to staff
Compensation: Commensurate with experience, range is $115-120k per year with annual bonus potential opportunity

What you will need
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in skilled nursing facility/continuing care environment or Certified Home Health is required
- Minimum of 2 years leadership/management/supervisory experience required
- Be able to obtain an RN license in states where Erickson operates
Be able to travel 100% of the time and weekends, if necessary. Be available 24/7 to support clinical care needs of the residents with non-traditional hours for the community assignment if needed.
