You Bring

1 to 2 years admin experience
1 to 2 years Operations Admin or support experience
Marketing/ Digital Marketing Support experience
Valid Driver's License

What You’ll Do For The Brand

Operational

Work cross-functionally with internal Hollywoodbets teams on a variety of projects.
Provide daily support to team members and affiliates.
Respond to incoming calls and emails and relay messages.
Provide support for ad hoc administrative and reporting tasks and be able to prioritize these effectively.
Drive the delivery/execution of all campaigns accurately and on time on various channels.
Delivering quality work, on time and according to instructions
Campaign conceptualization and implementation in collaboration with Team Support
Identify affiliate partnership opportunities as well as new business opportunities
Assisting where possible with projects
Competitor and trend analysis to ensure our affiliate partner programme remains innovative and ahead of

competition

Creating, maintaining and troubleshooting tacking links.
Assisting the affiliate marketing team with the development and implementation of online marketing

promotional content including newsletters and direct email advertisements for mass email campaigns.

Working with management to organize and coordinate meeting with affiliates to improve the ongoing

relationships that we have with our affiliates.

Assisting the affiliate marketing team with daily tasks and projects using the affiliate software, including the

updating of banners and communications on our Affiliate System.
