Associate Director, Human Resources Job Description

The Associate Director, Human Resources will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with PPL Healthcare LLC's overall business objectives. This position will oversee various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support PPL Healthcare LLC's growth and operational goals.
  • Lead and manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes for all levels of employees.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to management and employees on complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Oversee and administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Implement and manage performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and deliver HR-related training programs for managers and employees.
  • Manage HRIS systems and leverage data analytics to inform HR decisions and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to foster a culture of employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Manage and mentor junior HR staff, fostering their professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Demonstrated experience in a healthcare or related industry is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and other HR technology platforms.
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
