Key Responsibilities

Oversee corporate branding, manage brand reputation and build positive perception
Develop, govern and enforce brand guidelines for First Gen across all channels.
Manage social media engagement and online branding.
Support public relations and advocacy, in close coordination with Corp Communications Team
Coordinate internal branding efforts to maintain cohesive messaging across employer branding and CSR initiatives
Lead brand perception studies and analyze brand performance through metrics, customer feedback, and market trends (in relation to competitor activities or consumer behavior) to identify opportunities for improvement.
Align with parent company for corporate guidelines and co-branding protocols, as needed.
Handle other special projects that may be assigned.
