Job Description

Our Business

The Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Program Manager is responsible for the ownership, management, and optimization of a portfolio of SCF programs across APAC. The role focuses on driving program profitability, utilization, supplier participation, and revenue growth while serving as the primary point of contact for buyers and suppliers throughout the program lifecycle. In addition, the individual will support beneficiary marketing initiatives across other Trade products, including Letters of Credit and Working Capital Solutions, to drive client engagement, beneficiary adoption, and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of existing SCF programs, with accountability for program performance, profitability, utilization, and growth.
  • Monitor and improve revenue, profitability, limit usage, utilization, supplier participation, and funding activity.
  • Conduct regular program reviews and coordinate with TSO, SPS, and Coverage teams to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps.
  • Drive supplier onboarding, activation, and first funding to increase program utilization and revenue.
  • Develop and execute supplier marketing initiatives for SCF programs.
  • Support beneficiary marketing initiatives across Trade products, including Letters of Credit, Supply Chain Finance, and other Working Capital solutions.
  • Support new program discussions, client pitches, Request for Proposals(RFP), and program implementations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for buyers and suppliers throughout the lifecycle of SCF programs.
  • Collaborate with Product, Fulfilment, Operations, Credit, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Contract Management teams to support client requirements and program delivery.
  • Prepare portfolio dashboards, performance reporting, and management insights.
  • Support product enhancements, strategic initiatives, and continuous process improvements.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Finance.
  • Experience managing client portfolios and driving profitability, utilization, and program growth.
  • Experience in supplier onboarding, beneficiary marketing, and client engagement.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, including performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across Sales, Product, Fulfilment, Credit, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams.
  • Strong client-facing, communication, presentation, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin.
