• Manage all aspects of technical projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all contractual requirements.
• Lead and manage the project team, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Interpret contract details and extract essential information to effectively manage the project and meet objectives.
• Identify contractual system requirements and manage system designs, reviews, and deliverables.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities, risk management, and resource supervision to ensure project success.
• Provide regular project reports and updates to customers, internal departments, and management.
• Monitor payment milestones to ensure timely billing according to the project schedule.

Requirements

• Manage daily operations of technology infrastructure, including identifying and resolving complex issues.
• Proactively assess implemented solutions and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Update network documentation and oversee operational acceptance of projects.
• Design, plan, and implement various infrastructure solutions for Asia.
• Maintain stable technology environments, controls, and efficiency as the technology footprint expands.
• Monitor system health, resolve problems proactively, and train junior staff members.
• Adhere to strict change and incident management procedures.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Windows Server OS, Unix/Linux OS, and virtualization environments (VMware, HyperV, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud architecture patterns, including containerization (Kubernetes), is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical mindset for problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of VPNs, routers, and switches is beneficial.
• Experience in hardening OS, system, and network equipment.
• Familiarity with IT infra services such as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Database, and Web or App Server.
