Main Accountabilities

Provide expert technical guidance to customers and colleagues as technical service representative
Manage warranty claims, investigate product failures, and drive sustainable corrective actions
Make technical and commercial decisions while managing warranty costs
Drive customer satisfaction and identify business opportunities through technical work
Conduct field and service-station product inspections and failure investigations as required
Visit customers to present and promote Accelleron’s technical solutions
Deliver technical training to customers and colleagues
Collaborate with the global technical service organization and contribute to Continuous Product Improvement projects

Knowledge, Skill and Experience

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as marine or mechanical engineering
Strong written and spoken English skills are required
Knowledge of engines or the maritime industry is an advantage
Minimum of three years’ work experience
