Main Accountabilities

  • Provide expert technical guidance to customers and colleagues as technical service representative
  • Manage warranty claims, investigate product failures, and drive sustainable corrective actions
  • Make technical and commercial decisions while managing warranty costs
  • Drive customer satisfaction and identify business opportunities through technical work
  • Conduct field and service-station product inspections and failure investigations as required
  • Visit customers to present and promote Accelleron’s technical solutions
  • Deliver technical training to customers and colleagues
  • Collaborate with the global technical service organization and contribute to Continuous Product Improvement projects

Knowledge, Skill and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as marine or mechanical engineering
  • Strong written and spoken English skills are required
  • Knowledge of engines or the maritime industry is an advantage
  • Minimum of three years’ work experience
