Job Description
An experienced B2B Marketing Manager who develops and executes demand generation and account‑based marketing (ABM) programs to strengthen Visa’s leadership in Value-Added Services. Being part of the VAS marketing team, working closely with Sales, Product, Field, and Commercial teams, the role delivers integrated, cohesive initiatives in key regions around the world.
T his role is part of a global organization, success requires a regional mindset and a deep understanding of local business environments. This is an individual contributor position that partners across global teams while driving outcomes and building relationships within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Marketing Strategy & Regional Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies that differentiate the company’s offerings and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Operate in a fast-paced, global environment, supporting multiple campaigns across five geographic regions with varying market needs.
- Adapt global strategy to regional requirements, bringing a resourceful and entrepreneurial approach to campaign execution.
- Design and optimize campaign frameworks and media strategies to drive awareness, understanding, and demand generation among targeted customer segments.
Customer Insights, Competitive Intelligence & Audience Targeting
- Conduct competitive analysis and key customer research to understand buying behaviors, market challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Translate insights into effective B2B marketing campaigns that engage priority audiences and drive action.
- Use customer and market intelligence to inform messaging, segmentation, and go-to-market priorities.
Content & Brand Positioning
- Develop digital content across multiple channels, including paid media assets, nurture programs, landing pages, blogs, and other campaign materials.
- Execute thought leadership initiatives that position the company as an industry leader and showcase its expertise and value to customers.
- Accelerate the development and rollout of case studies, ensuring a consistent and compelling approach to highlighting client success.
- Support participation in priority industry and company-owned events, ensuring aligned brand, product, and customer messaging.
Account-Based Marketing, Lead Generation & Sales Enablement
- Develop and execute targeted Account-Based Marketing strategies, partnering closely with Sales and client teams.
- Deliver personalized, insight-driven campaigns that deepen engagement with strategic accounts and accelerate growth.
- Manage lead generation efforts, including granular tracking, reporting, and efficient handoff from marketing to sales.
- Optimize campaign touchpoints to improve client engagement, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
Performance Measurement, Budget Management & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Measure program performance, optimize campaigns in real time, and provide actionable insights to guide decision-making.
- Control the marketing budget for the assigned customer segment, including partner management, production cost approvals, and campaign investment planning.
- Manage strategic partners and external agencies to ensure high-quality, efficient delivery.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Regional Marketing, client teams, and external partners to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
This position is a Hybrid role to be based in our Austin, TX office location. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of B2B Marketing experience and proven ability to drive demand and revenue growth through integrated marketing programs, ideally within financial services, payments, or SaaS industries.
- A curious mindset coupled with knowledge in using AI tools to drive strategic, efficient outputs.
- Expertise in campaign management, account-based marketing, and content development.
- Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrable experience managing relationships with partners, suppliers, and vendors.
- Familiarity with the marketing tech stack (sales and marketing automation and measurement tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Eloqua, Demandbase, and Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing performance reporting and data-driven decision making.
- Experience in agile ways of working preferred.
Information for US Applicants
For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $121,100.00 to $ 193,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

Travel Requirements
This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements
This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
