About The Role

We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Rock Truck Drivers to join our civil construction team. In this role, you will operate articulated rock trucks to transport materials safely and efficiently across active construction sites. You will play a key role in supporting earthworks, road construction, site development, and infrastructure projects.

  • Operate rock trucks safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies and site-specific safety requirements
  • Transport rock, gravel, soil, and other materials between excavation, processing, stockpile, and disposal locations.
  • Complete daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues.
  • Follow haul routes, traffic management plans, and site procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of ground personnel, equipment, and changing site conditions.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow crew members.
  • Work closely with excavator, loader, dozer, grader, and crusher operators
  • Perform basic housekeeping and maintenance of assigned equipment.
  • Adhere to all company health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Previous experience operating articulated rock trucks, haul trucks, or similar heavy equipment.
  • Experience in civil construction, quarry, mining, or earthworks environments is considered an asset.
  • Strong understanding of safe equipment operation and site safety practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license.
  • Ability to work extended hours and overtime as required.
  • Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance checks.
