About The Role

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics has been recognized as one of the best healthcare organizations in America to work for. We're searching for a Director of Finance who combines strong healthcare finance experience with a public accounting background.

If selected, you'll report directly to the CFO. You and your team will be responsible for

Financial reporting
Annual budgeting
Monthly Operating Review & margin management initiative support
Long-range financial planning
Financial pro formas

Other responsibilities will include ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives, management of our Strategic Data Team and support of physician compensation.

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with Accounting, Business or Finance major preferred. (MBA preferred.)
At least 5 years management experience
Healthcare experience

Preferred qualifications

In addition to the qualifications listed above, our ideal candidate will draw upon the following experience and credentials:

CPA credential and public accounting experience
Prior director-level experience
Experience with Epic EMR
Experience with Workday or other large ERP system
Experience with physician compensation
