About The Role

The Multimedia Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all stages of multimedia localization and production projects, with a strong focus on dubbing and adaptation workflows, ensuring timely, high-quality, and profitable deliveries.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end multimedia localization projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and according to client specifications.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including translators, subtitle editors, adapters, audio engineers, voice talents, and video editors.
Liaise with clients to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and maintain transparent communication throughout each project.
Anticipate potential risks, implement contingency plans, and ensure smooth project execution.
Support the onboarding and training of new resources in multimedia workflows and tools.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI tools for multimedia localization.
Track and analyze project KPIs, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills, Experience, and Training Required

University graduate (Translation, Interpretation, Audiovisual Communication, or related field preferred).
Minimum of two years of experience in project management within the multimedia, localization, dubbing, or post-production industry.
Strong knowledge of multimedia workflows, especially dubbing and adaptation processes.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
English proficiency is a must.
Spanish or Portuguese are highly desirable.
Knowledge of Subtitle Edit is desirable.
Familiarity with multimedia tools such as ElevenLabs, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent is a plus.
Good command of Microsoft Office, Gmail tools, and project management systems.

Availability to work remotely in LATAM or European time zones, Monday to Friday.
