Job Specifications

Qualifications

7+ years of overall experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry/ biology/Life Science or Technical field
5-7 years of relevant experience in projects involving enterprise analytics systems, ideally from inception through completion or relevant scientific bench experience specifically in pharmacology or similar experience working as a scientific applications support expert in this space, or a combination thereof.
Customer facing experience in deploying COTS enterprise systems or SaaS solutions

Special Skills & Knowledge

Experience in implementing Revvity Signals Notebook and Signals One modules in global accounts(preferred)
Experience deploying TIBCO Spotfire® or similar visual analytics enterprise software
Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers, clarifying requirements, and presenting to stakeholders.
Ability to travel and work at customer sites required – >20%
Knowledge of laboratory workflows and scientific data management practices.
Demonstrated ability to balance technical expertise with customer relationship management.
experience in validating computer systems in a regulated environment.

Advise customers on developing Business Intelligence systems that provide competitive value
Design and implement systems that display and manage data and information to support scientific and business decisions across R&D
Define new project opportunities, ensuring that project scope and effort estimates match customer requirements
