Job Description

Position: Formax Operator (G-3), 2nd Shift
Responsible for the setup, operation, and shutdown of Formax equipment and associated machinery.
Follow all GMP, SOP, and HACCP guidelines to ensure safe and efficient production.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) training is required.
Job Safety Analysis (JSA) available upon request.

Requirements

Must have at least 3 months of operator experience within the last 12 months (experience may be combined from multiple employers).
Experience can be from one or multiple employers, provided the total equals at least 3 months.
Must complete or possess Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) training .
Ability to safely operate and maintain Formax and associated equipment.
Must follow GMP, SOP, and HACCP requirements.
Position open to qualified applicants who meet the experience and training requirements.
