About The Role

In this opportunity, you will support the delivery and expansion of AI enablement programs across TR's Mexico Global Center. You will help develop training materials, facilitate learning sessions, support Claude AI adoption, and help colleagues at all levels discover how to use AI responsibly and effectively in their daily work. This is a hands-on role with real impact—your contributions will directly influence how hundreds of TR colleagues learn to work smarter with AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support training delivery: Assist in facilitating AI enablement workshops, hands-on labs, and office hours. This includes technical support during live sessions, managing participant questions, capturing feedback, and ensuring a welcoming learning environment for colleagues exploring AI tools for the first time.
  • Develop training content and materials: Help design, test, and refine AI training modules, slide decks, templates, and case studies. Work with Carlos to create practical examples that resonate with non-technical and technical audiences alike. Contribute ideas for improving engagement and clarity in existing training programs (e.g., the C.R.E.A.T.E. prompt framework, Lab of the Future, Haunted Prompts sessions).
  • Support Claude AI adoption: Learn the full breadth of Claude's capabilities (models, artifacts, projects, file analysis, web search, extended thinking, etc.) and help colleagues understand which features are most relevant to their workflows. Document common use cases, create how-to guides, and troubleshoot adoption barriers in partnership with your team.
  • Facilitate community engagement: Participate in intern-focused networking activities, contribute to the monthly all-hands "Coffee with Leaders" series, and help build connections between interns and senior leaders. Represent the training program in team meetings and help amplify awareness of AI learning opportunities across TR México.
  • Support knowledge documentation: Assist in organizing training recordings, creating FAQ resources, and maintaining an inventory of training assets. Help ensure materials are easy to find and understand for colleagues who prefer self-paced learning.

Required Qualifications

  • Apply academic knowledge to real business problems: Bring a fresh perspective from your studies—consider how AI concepts you've learned in university connect to actual business challenges faced by Thomson Reuters teams. Share observations and ideas during team discussions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Be proactive in seeking improvement: Take initiative to identify gaps in training materials or user understanding. Suggest ways to make the program more effective, inclusive, or efficient. Volunteer for stretch assignments that help expand the reach of AI enablement work.
