Support end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow initiatives by participating in requirements gathering, solution design sessions, development activities, testing, and deployment of new capabilities.
Work with process owners and technical teams to analyze business processes and translate requirements into ServiceNow service requests.
Contribute to the creation and enhancement of Integration Hub components, helping improve automation capabilities and operational efficiency.
