Mobile Podiatrist - Full-Time
Fleet Healthcare · Kirrawee, NSW, Australia
About The Role
Step Into Flexibility & Freedom | Full-Time Podiatrist Wanted at Fleet Healthcare (Sydney)
About Us
At Fleet Healthcare , we’re redefining the way allied health services are delivered. We're a fully mobile healthcare provider operating across all suburbs of Sydney , bringing care directly to where our clients need it - homes, workplaces, aged care facilities, gyms, sporting clubs, and more.
Our experienced team delivers a wide range of services including Podiatry, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Dietetics, Speech Pathology, Chiropractic, and Massage Therapy - and we’re expanding fast.
The Opportunity – Podiatrist (Mobile Role)
Fleet Healthcare has provided podiatry services for years as part of a well-established mobile allied healthcare service - we're a large team of 90 therapists across a range of allied health disciplines, backed by 10 office staff. This role is a first for us: we're hiring our first full-time, dedicated podiatrist. You'll join an already-busy, established service with a genuine opportunity to help shape how the podiatry department is run and how it grows going forward.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Deliver mobile podiatry appointments to patients across our existing patient base and referral network.
- Bring your full clinical expertise and judgement to every appointment - we trust you as the clinical expert, and you'll have the backing of the wider team whenever you want a second opinion or support.
- Work alongside our wider allied health team, with the opportunity to contribute ideas as the podiatry service grows.
- Provide your services to clients in the Sutherland Shire / St. George local government area and it's neighbouring local government areas
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' post-registration clinical experience.
- Current AHPRA registration as a podiatrist.
- A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for mobile appointments.
- Someone who works well independently, takes ownership of their day, and is comfortable being the first full-time podiatrist in an established, growing service.
Benefits
- $90,000–$110,000 salary based on experience, with a formal review at 6 months.
- Vehicle/fuel provision. Either a company vehicle, or we cover the travel costs you incur on the job.
- A CPD allowance. So you can keep building your clinical skills and stay at the top of your field.
- A clinically sustainable caseload. We're focused on quality care delivered well - not maximum patient throughput. Your schedule includes real time for notes, travel, and admin between appointments, so you're kept busy without being rushed or burnt out — we know firsthand what an unsustainable caseload does to good clinicians, and we manage workload deliberately to avoid it.
- Full clinical autonomy. We trust your clinical judgement and won't micromanage your clinical approach - you're the expert in the room, with the team's support whenever you want it.
- An established patient base and referral network. No need to build a caseload from scratch.
- A genuinely supportive environment. You'll be backed by our wider team of 90 allied health therapists and 10 office staff - not working in isolation.
- A real say in how the service grows. As our first full-time podiatrist, your input on how the podiatry department is run and how it grows will genuinely matter.
