We are seeking a skilled Manifold Senior Engineer to support the design and delivery of advanced manifold systems within our Industrial & Energy Technology business. You will be responsible for developing mechanical designs, creating detailed CAD models and drawings, collaborating with global engineering teams, and ensuring successful execution from concept to fabrication. This role offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging projects while helping shape the future of energy.

As a Manifold Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for

  • Establishing technical requirements based on customer functional specifications and project needs, ensuring compliance with applicable international codes, standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Leading and contributing to design development activities, including 3D CAD modelling, engineering calculations, and creation of drawings and documentation from concept through fabrication, while ensuring alignment with technical requirements and project schedules.
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering teams, program management, and other functions to develop design concepts, align interfaces, and deliver high-quality engineering solutions for manifold system projects.
  • Presenting engineering solutions, technical recommendations, and design outcomes during design reviews and project milestones to support informed decision-making and project execution.
  • Managing engineering suppliers from a technical perspective by providing guidance, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications and contractual obligations.
  • Providing engineering support throughout procurement, manufacturing, testing, and project execution phases, working closely with sourcing teams and stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Creating parts, assemblies, and detailed drawing packages using Creo CAD software while supporting the development of innovative, safe, cost-effective, and manufacturable designs.
  • Contributing to project success by taking ownership of assigned deliverables, supporting team objectives, and ensuring engineering activities are completed in line with quality, safety, cost, and schedule expectations.

To be successful in this role you will

  • Have a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline.
  • Have a strong mechanical design background with experience developing complex components, assemblies, and manufacturing documentation using 3D CAD tools such as Creo.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of engineering principles, design practices, and product development processes, with consideration for safety, quality, cost, and manufacturability.
  • Have experience working collaboratively within cross-functional engineering teams and supporting projects through design, procurement, manufacturing, and testing phases.
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be proactive, results-oriented, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities while managing competing priorities in a dynamic project environment.

  • The initial pay range for this position will be PLN 182,000 To 338,000. There are no provisions of any collective agreement relating to pay which will be applied to this position
