The Lead Client Service Representative within our Infomediary Data Solutions group is a client-facing role responsible for delivering exceptional service and technical support to a global client base utilizing a diverse suite of Infomediary products and solutions. Working as part of a global team, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to clients, combining strong relationship management skills with the technical expertise needed to troubleshoot issues, explain complex functionality, and guide clients through product capabilities and enhancements.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates a unique blend of client service, business analysis, project coordination, and technical problem-solving skills. This individual will proactively anticipate client needs, respond to inquiries and issues, and help clients maximize the value of BBH's product offerings. Success in this role requires the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across global teams to deliver practical, client-focused solutions.
The role will require business analysis, research, testing, and coordination activities to support strategic business initiatives and ensure solutions meet client requirements, business needs, and industry standards. Collaboration with colleagues across North America, Europe, and Asia is essential. The Lead Client Service Representative operates under general supervision and reports to the US Infomediary Client Service Manager.
Responsibilities include
- Deliver exceptional client service, serving as a primary point of contact for clients across multiple Infomediary products and solutions.
- Provide functional and technical support to clients, diagnosing issues, identifying root causes, coordinating resolutions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Manage daily inquiries from a global client base, including user administration requests, system incidents, market practice questions, data inquiries, and product-related issues.
- Build strong partnerships with clients by understanding their business objectives and proactively recommending solutions that improve their experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Investor Services, and other internal teams to advocate for client needs and drive successful outcomes.
- Maintain extensive direct interaction with clients, demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and a consultative approach to problem resolution.
Experience and Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in a client-facing support, relationship management, or service delivery role within financial services or a technology-enabled environment.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts and product functionality into clear, client-friendly communications.
- Strong technical aptitude, including experience supporting data platforms, file transmission technologies, SWIFT messaging, web-based applications, and related client solutions.
- Proven ability to manage client issues from initial inquiry through resolution while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting multiple products or platforms and balancing a diverse portfolio of client needs in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range
$65,000 - $90,000 + annual target bonus

Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
