Ford Business Solutions is looking for a

Order to Delivery Integration Analyst

to join our Marketing and Sales Team in our Budapest office.

The European Order Fulfilment Business Development Team owns the Sales Order Processing and Sales Reporting toolset — VISTA, VMACS, SEER, GOMs, SMARTS & Execnet — and partners closely with cross-functional teams delivering major IT and business process transformation projects , including support for European Ford Dealer Council OTD commitments, extending the scheduling horizon (Ford Pro OTD Project), and VMACS modernisation.

The Integration Analyst has a strong ownership of the Order to Delivery elements of these transformations : ensuring key milestones are met, understanding dependencies across work streams, developing new operational processes, testing new system functionalities, and producing training documentation for markets and the Operational Order Fulfilment Team.

What will be your roles and responsibilities?

Partner with the Order to Delivery Development Manager, System Development Managers, and IT cross-functional teams to modernise and improve the OTD experience:

Develop deep understanding of VISTA and VMACS order-to-delivery systems to support European Ford Dealer Council projects
Understand current business processes and design the desired future-state process
Define what is required to deliver the future state and build the project plan
Track progress against milestones; create and maintain the RAID log
Test new system functionalities
Highlight issues and risks to leadership teams as appropriate
Support communication of new functionality and processes to markets and users
