The Opportunity

As a Physical Security and Risk Mitigation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding sensitive information and enabling the resilience of digital infrastructure. Within our Cybersecurity practice, you will focus on identifying and analyzing potential threats to an organization's security, as well as managing vulnerabilities to prevent cyber attacks. This role is integral to protecting organizations from cyber threats through advanced technologies and strategies.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • Leading threat intelligence and vulnerability management initiatives to safeguard sensitive information
  • Analyzing potential threats and vulnerabilities to enhance organizational security measures
  • Developing secure systems and proactive solutions to prevent cyber attacks
  • Managing and mentoring teams to deliver quality client support and meet expectations
  • Utilizing advanced technologies and strategies to protect organizations from cyber threats
  • Conducting research and analysis to identify and address security challenges
  • Overseeing the deployment of intrusion detection systems and network security platforms
  • Collaborating with leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables
  • Encouraging team development and embracing technology and innovation in cybersecurity practices
  • Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Project/Technology Management
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Malware Analysis and Malware Detection Tools
  • Utilizing Network Security Platforms and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
  • Conducting Vulnerability Assessment and Vulnerability Management
  • Excelling in Intelligence Analysis and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT)
  • Embracing change and innovation in cybersecurity practices
  • Mentoring junior staff in threat intelligence and vulnerability management

Travel Requirements

Up to 60%

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
