Jumper (Calender & RW Line)

Mission : 

To respond fulfill job function in Calendering production area to achieve production volume target, quality of product base on specifications with standard , safety of working environment and customer service to complete plant achievement.

Dimensions : 

'- Be proficient for all function of production in Calendering and Rework area and fulfill production team in all function in order to achieve all daily KPI target.

• Multi skill is mandatory with advance level
• Support shift leader to manage production plan and workload in shift
• Maintain and improve quality of workplace produce in Calendering production area
• Comply safety regulation and quality to perform any operation
• Report to Calendering shift leader
• Use and choose with correct raw material ,compound and master roll carrier
• Understand and use system material validation and Good recipe (CGMS ,EWM ,SBS)
• 5S and AM in daily check

Area of Responsibility

ESH

• › Strict to safety rule
• › Follow the internal ESH work instructions in the daily work
• › Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
• › Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards
• › Ensure implementation of measures and maintain controls
• › Raise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties

Output

• › Strict adherence to labor instructions.
• › Discharge aims and tasks set by immediate manager or higher authority.
• › Participation in problem solving and continuous improvement of the manufacturing process
• › Keeping equipment in order and clean conditions at the working place according to the corporate standards 
• and 5S principles (lay out control, hand tools control, PPE)
• › Provide timely accurate reporting
• › Performance of the duties of the absent employee during the period of absence from the job of another 
• employee with similar job functions
• › Protection of commercial secrets, as well as the privacy of other information relevant to the interests and 
• safety of other employees and/or the Employer
• › Strict maintenance of day order and work time tracking
• › To follow the production process according to requirements of labor and fire safety.
• › To check equipment according to the start-stop check list.
• › AM / PM machine in case small job function for maintain machine
• › To fill the shift change check list.
• › Skillfully for machine and multi skill in Calendering production area to have the output which meet production plan per each shift
• › Ensure to use the right raw material following specification recipe to produce the right product in good quality
• › Ensure to produce a product with good quality
• › Work according to the specifications and achieve plan target of production
• › Knowledge and understand to use manufacturing system (SBS CGMS EWM)
• › Support production in each dimension and multi skill to achieve plan target
• › Involve in production activity to improve and develop production in each part e.g. 5S ,AM etc.

Quality

• › Ensure to use the right raw material following specification and recipe
• › Ensure to check and measure product quality following quality procedure
• › Ensure to validate raw material before uses
• › Able to verify and segregate non-conformity following quality procedure
• › Support and improve quality of product in each dimension
• › Strict to control plan

• › Cooperate with HR and superiors to obtain any training or skill development.
• › Cooperate with Team ( Feeding compound and Machine Lead) to start and stop production.

• Diploma degree or equivalent.
• Experience of Tires production will be advantage.
• Work as the team.
• Good mindset and flexibility.
