Software Engineer

Pittsburgh-based company specializing in wireless power, low power electronics design, and wireless communication solutions seeks a Software Engineer to support numerous application and product lines.

Overview

• Work with the engineering team designing software for various products
• Develop products using wireless technologies like Bluetooth, RFID, NFC, WIFI, etc...
• Provide necessary support for product releases

Required Skills

• Ability to evaluate product requirements to specify design criteria and tradeoffs
• Results & team oriented with a strong desire for hands-on work
• R&D work, building internal tools on demand
• Willingness to work on multiple concurrent projects
• Good communication skills required, interface with QA/Electrical/Mechanical/Management teams
• Organized, good documentation skills

Experience

• Preferred two years or more of programming experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering preferred, Computer Science accepted
• Background knowledge of wireless protocols, especially Bluetooth and RFID
