What you will do

• ▪️ Handle employee relations and engagement initiatives.
• ▪️ Manage timekeeping, basic benefits administration, and compliance.

Who we are looking for

• 🎓 Graduate of Psychology, HR Management, or related fields.
• 📋 Must be a Board Exam Passer (Registered Psychometrician)
• ⏳ With experience: Minimum 1–3 years of solid work experience handling various HR functions.
• 🗣️ Excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of labor standards.
• 📍 Work Location: Guadalupe, Cebu City
