About The Role

We are seeking experienced remote IT professionals with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in Microsoft environments. Ideal candidates should be proficient in diagnosing hardware and software issues, supporting Windows systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and general IT infrastructure. Applicants must be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of resolving technical issues efficiently in a remote support setting.

Strong proficiency in the English language (written and verbal) is required to ensure clear communication with clients and team members.
