About The Role

Experienced Advanced NDT Technician with more than 10 years of expertise in performing advanced non-destructive testing and inspection services within the oil and gas, energy, marine, and industrial sectors. Certified to ISO 9712 standards in Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) . Proven capability in delivering high-quality inspection solutions, asset integrity assessments, and technical reporting in challenging operational environments, including extensive project experience in Papua New Guinea (PNG) .

Conduct advanced NDT inspections using PAUT, UT, and MT techniques in accordance with ISO 9712 and client requirements. Perform weld inspections, corrosion mapping, thickness measurements, flaw detection, and defect characterization. Analyze inspection data and provide accurate interpretation of results. Prepare detailed inspection reports and technical documentation. Support asset integrity management programs and fitness-for-service assessments. Ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures, quality standards, and industry regulations. Collaborate with engineers, project teams, and client representatives to develop inspection plans and recommendations. Maintain, calibrate, and verify inspection equipment to applicable standards. Participate in shutdowns, maintenance campaigns, and construction projects in remote and offshore locations.

ISO 9712 Certification in: Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) Strong understanding of advanced NDT methodologies and inspection standards. Knowledge of asset integrity and risk-based inspection principles. Current safety certifications relevant to the oil and gas industry (preferred).
