Job summary

As a Client Onboarding Analyst in the Client Onboarding Management Team, you will coordinate new account onboarding and account lifecycle events by driving project execution, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality documentation. You will help ensure initiatives are delivered within agreed timeframes while proactively identifying risks, escalating issues, and supporting continuous improvement.

Job responsibilities

  • Coordinate new account onboarding activities for investment accounts, including onboarding checklists, account opening information, and required setup documentation
  • Manage account lifecycle events such as mergers, liquidations, closures, in-specie transfers, and custody changes, ensuring accurate tracking and timely completion
  • Drive account-related projects supporting investment and operational solutions for new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain project plans, process flows, and runbooks to translate business requirements into executable deliverables
  • Schedule, lead, and document regular stakeholder meetings, tracking actions to completion across concurrent workstreams
  • Provide clear status updates to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, dependencies, and risks
  • Escalate issues in a timely manner and support root cause analysis and resolution tracking
  • Develop, review, and maintain functional procedures and project management tools to support consistent delivery
  • Review implementation outcomes and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and ways of working

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in asset management operations, wealth management operations, or investment banking operations
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional workstreams and delivering against deadlines in a time-sensitive environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present status clearly to stakeholders across varying seniority levels
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building effective working relationships with business stakeholders and external partners
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain high-quality delivery in demanding, time-sensitive situations

  • Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes
