Events Assistant

About The Role
The Events Assistant will support the coordination, preparation, and execution of company events from initial planning through completion. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities, communicating with different teams, and helping create organized and memorable experiences.
You will work closely with the events and operations teams to ensure that event logistics, materials, schedules, and on-site activities are handled efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, organization, and execution of company events
- Coordinate event schedules, materials, supplies, and logistical requirements
- Support event setup, registration, guest coordination, and breakdown
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, attendees, and event partners
- Help maintain event timelines and ensure important deadlines are met
- Prepare materials, documentation, and resources needed for upcoming events
- Provide professional assistance to guests and attendees during events
- Monitor event activities and help resolve operational needs as they arise
- Maintain accurate records related to event planning and coordination
- Participate in post-event evaluations and assist with identifying opportunities for improvement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
