Job Responsibilities

Objetivo de la posición: Planear, coordinar y dar seguimiento a los procesos de capacitación, asegurando la correcta administración de los programas de capacitación, alineados a los requerimientos del cliente interno y externo, así como a las necesidades del negocio. Garantizar el desarrollo de competencias del personal y el cumplimiento de estándares normativos aplicables.

Experiencia

5 años de experiencia en la industria automotriz.

Conocimientos

Planeación, ejecución y seguimiento de programas de capacitación.
Análisis de información
Administración de matrices de habilidades y planes de desarrollo.
Control de registros, evidencias y expedientes
Evaluación de efectividad de la capacitación.
Manejo de indicadores de capacitación (KPIs).
Conocimiento en normatividad aplicable (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949).
Auditorías internas y externas (enfoque a capacitación)
Dominio de requerimientos específicos del cliente (según el proyecto que aplique)
CTPAT
Administración de requerimiento legales aplicables

Escolaridad

Título y Cédula Profesional de Carrera Universitaria

Requisitos

Inglés intermedio - avanzado
Dominio del paquete Office.
Experiencia en procesos internos de certificación y formación.
