We are currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join Hogan Lovells Cadwalader in the Beijing office. The candidates should have at least one year of work experience in reputable accounting firms, law firms, or companies.

SCOPE OF THE WORK

Processing and submission of bills using 3E, dealing with billing related queries;
Preparing monthly statements to clients;
Responsibility of collecting unpaid bills;
Processing agent invoices into 3E;
Other Ad hoc duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or related majors;
Certificate of an accounting profession;
English proficiency required, CET-6 or above;
At least one year of work experience in reputable accounting firms, law firms, or companies;
Good knowledge of MS Office;
Excellent communication skills, good teamwork;
Enthusiastic, works well under pressure and is willing to improve.
